About

Building products where business, technology and user experience come together.

I'm Aswin, a Product Manager passionate about building thoughtful fintech products that simplify complex financial journeys. I enjoy turning ambiguity into clarity by bringing together business goals, user needs and technical execution.

The experiences that shaped my product thinking

My journey into product management wasn't a straight line. Every role taught me something different about customers, business, technology and execution. Together, those experiences shape how I approach product management today.

Business Development

My early career focused on understanding customer problems, identifying business opportunities and helping organizations adopt technology solutions. This experience strengthened my commercial thinking, communication skills and ability to understand how businesses evaluate value, investment and long-term outcomes.

Business Analysis & Solution Consulting

Working alongside customers, delivery teams and engineers helped me translate business requirements into practical software solutions. I developed strong skills in requirement gathering, process analysis, solution design and stakeholder communication, creating a natural bridge between business and technology.

Customer Experience & Operations

Great products don't end at launch. Collaborating with operations, implementation, compliance and customer support taught me that every product decision has operational implications. This experience reinforced the importance of designing products that are scalable, reliable and easy for both customers and internal teams.

Product Management

Today I bring together everything I've learned across business development, customer engagement, business analysis and operations to build fintech products that balance user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility. I enjoy working across engineering, design, compliance and leadership teams to deliver products that create meaningful outcomes.

My Product Principles

Solve real problems

Features should exist because users genuinely need them, not because they sound impressive.

Keep things simple

Simplicity builds confidence. Great products reduce complexity rather than adding more screens and options.

Decisions should be measurable

Every product decision should have a clear objective and a way to measure whether it created value.

Think long term

Products should be designed to evolve gracefully as users, regulations and businesses continue to grow.

Beyond Product

Outside work, you'll usually find me exploring personal finance, experimenting with AI-assisted product development, building side projects and learning new technologies. I enjoy understanding how thoughtful software can simplify everyday life and create meaningful experiences for people.

Let's build something meaningful.

Whether you're building a product, scaling a fintech platform or looking for a Product Manager, I'd be happy to connect.
